G.C. Supplies UK Limited are official stockists of the Valbia range of rack and pinion quarter turn pneumatic Actuators. Manufactured in Brescia, Italy, since 1995, the Valbia product is well renowned for quality, reliability and product innovation. Valbia S.r.l are an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified company and the product itself is CE PED 97/23/EC compliant, ATEX II 2GD T6 approved and IEC EN 61508 SIL 3 compliant, thus providing peace of mind and trouble free service.

Both single acting (air/spring) and double acting (air/air) are held in stock in standard hard anodised aluminium body construction (nickel plated, ptfe coated and stainless steel available on special order) from sizes 32 (11.5 Nm) to size 160 (917 Nm). Larger sizes up to 7358 Nm are available on factory lead times.

We are able to provide a “same day” build and test service on all stock valve packages either for collection or next day delivery through our carrier network. All of our pneumatic actuated valve packages are dry bench tested prior to dispatch.

We carry an extensive range of accessories on the shelf such as Namur mount pilot solenoid valves with 24v D/C, 110v A/C or 240v A/C standard coils (other voltages available upon request), Valve Position Monitors (otherwise known as Switch Boxes) fitted with standard mechanical switches (V-3) or proximity sensors for 2-wire intrinsically safe 8v systems (P&F NJ2-V3-N) and 3-wire 24v systems (P&F NBB2-V3-E2) enclosed within the standard HKC APL 210N non-hazardous area unit or the HKC APL 510N Eex d ATEX explosion proof unit. Eex d, Eex i and Eex m Namur mount solenoids, Pneumatic Switch Boxes and 4-20ma Positioners are available upon request.
